There is express time of 4-6 business days. Prototyping time is usually 7-10 days, producing time is 10-20 days based on order size and our orders’ situation. In conclusion, you are guessed to receive your products within 20-30 days after you place order to us.
Additionally, if your order is urgent, please let us know in advance, we will give priority to your order.
Sun Rising offer one year guarantee from delivery date. Prototype cost will be returned back to our customer if the samples are not be satisfied and remaking samples are not needed. Products’ amount will be returned back to our customers if products do not match confirmed samples and reproducing is not requested or during one year’s guarantee, silver line become brittle and broken in membrane switch or keys are broken.
